FD-258 Fingerprint Card to .EFT File Service Options:Ā
- Without Prepaid Shipping Label - You will be in charge of mailing your card to be converted into an .EFT File. Ā This option can also be used if you want to scan and email your completed card in. Ā The image requirements areĀ 600 DPI, .bmp, .tiff, .png or .PDF image format. Ā Files can also be uploaded before ordering instead of being emailed in or physically mailed in.
- With Prepaid Shipping Label - A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for you to use to mail your completed card to back to us.
- With Prepaid Shipping Label, Cards and InkpadĀ -Ā A prepaid shipping label will be mailed to you for you to use to mail your completed card back to us with 2 FD-258 fingerprint cards and an inkless fingerprint ink pad.

Two physical FD-258 fingerprint cards will need to be sent to us if you aren't going to scan and PrintScan a digital copy of your card. Ā Created .EFT files can take 1 to 3 business days to be emailed to you after we have received your mailed cards. Ā You will only have 24 hours to download the file once the .EFT File email is sent from PrintScan. Ā For non-PrintScan orders, the file will be emailed to you and there is no download time restrictions.Ā You aren't able to download the file from a mobile device. Ā The file will need to be downloaded from a computer.Ā The file will need to be downloaded from a computer. Ā NICS uses special software to open the .EFT file and you won't be able to open the .EFT file unless you have a .EFT file viewer.
